What is the capacity of the venue?
- Auditorium-Style Seating – Seats up to 85 people
- 60” Round Tables – Seats up to 64 people (8 round tables)
- Rectangular Tables – Seats up to 48 people (8 rectangular tables)
- Classroom Setup- Seats up to 45 people
- U Shape Setup- 42 people.
- Total Indoor Space – 1,800 sq. ft.

What are the available hours?
- Events may be held between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Setup time: Up to 1 hour before the event.
- Breakdown time: Up to 1 additional hour after the event.
- Exceeding this time incurs a $50 fee per extra hour.
Can I visit the space before making a decision?
Absolutely! We would be happy to schedule a tour for you. Alternatively, we can go over the details over the phone or even via Zoom.
What is the minimum age requirement to rent the venue?
The renter must be at least 21 years old to sign the rental agreement.

What is required to secure my booking?
A signed rental agreement, and a 60% deposit are required to secure your booking.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned three (3) days after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
When is full payment due, and how should it be made?
Full payment is due 30 days before the event and must be made via Zelle to 561-800-7948 or check.
Does the rental price include taxes?
No, a 7% Florida Sales Tax applies to the total rental cost.
What type of people or companies frequently use your space?
Our space is frequently used by a diverse range of individuals and companies, including business owners, investors, consultants, entrepreneurs, and both large and small corporations.
Who is responsible for the venue and equipment during the event?
The renter is fully responsible for the proper use and care of the venue and its equipment.
What happens if there is any damage to the venue or equipment?
Any damage or misuse may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
Do you offer additional services with extra costs?
A: Yes, we offer the following services for an extra cost:
- 40 Cups of Coffee: $60
- Use of Media System: Free, but you must bring your own laptop to connect. If you require a media operator, the cost is $60 per hour.
- Projector Rental: $250 per session.
- Teleprompter: $50 per session.
- Printer access: The cost will depend on usage.
- Hosted Reception: $50 per hour.
- Podcast: $229 per hour.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely, you’re more than welcome to bring your own decorations! We kindly ask that they be set up and removed on the same day of your event. Please note that Descúbrete Space is not responsible for any decorations left behind, as we have a busy schedule and need the space available for upcoming bookings. We appreciate your understanding!
Who is responsible for cleaning the venue after the event?
The renter is responsible for cleaning and ensuring all personal belongings, linens, and rented equipment are removed the same day.
Can I attach decorations to the walls, ceilings, or countertops?
No, attaching items to walls, ceilings, or countertops is strictly prohibited.

The renter is responsible for disposing of the trash in the dumpsters located at the back of the building.

Security personnel may be required for certain events at the discretion of Descúbrete Space.
What does the kitchen include?
It includes a refrigerator, two ovens, and a microwave for catering convenience.
Can food be prepared in this space?
❌ No, the space is small, so we require you to bring your food already prepared and ready to serve.
Can I sell alcohol at my event?
No alcohol sales are allowed at the venue.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes, but you must provide liability insurance with $1,000,000 coverage.
Is Descúbrete Space responsible for personal injuries or damages to attendees?
Descúbrete Space is not liable for personal injuries or damages to attendees.
Is smoking allowed inside the venue?
❌ No smoking, hookah, or vaping is allowed inside the venue.
Can Descúbrete Space cancel my booking?
Yes, Descúbrete Space reserves the right to deny or cancel any booking that does not align with its policies.
What is the cancellation policy?
Will I get a full refund if I cancel my booking?
Yes, a full deposit refund is available for cancellations made more than 45 days in advance.
What happens if I cancel within 30 days of the event?
No refunds are provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event, but rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
Can I get a refund if my event is canceled due to government regulations?
Yes, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to government regulations.
What is the parking capacity?
We have parking for over 200 cars, available for free in our plaza.
